Competitive Team C | Peewee

Competitive teams are provided for athletes who are generally working towards Nationals or Atlantic Division regattas. Training consists of kayaking and cross training exercises such as running, swimming, and circuit training. Competitive team coaching is provided by a certified competitive coach and teams are chosen based on skill level, personal best times, and coaches’ discretion. These teams typically develop great camaraderie and share a fun and memorable competitive sport experience as they work together in K1, K2, K4, and C15, towards major regattas such as Bantam-Peewee Championships and the National Championships. As competitive paddlers advance they have opportunities to attend regattas across Canada and to join Off-Season Training throughout the year which includes access to winter training camps in Florida.
